We think of Stranger Blend as a playground — a highly intentional, ever-evolving blend built to showcase special coffees through unexpected flavour pairings.
This latest version brings together Indonesia Frinsa (Lactic Natural) and Indonesia Frinsa (Washed). The cup moves away from the old wine-like direction and leans into dark, juicy fruit with a creamy lactic sweetness, bringing a clean structure from the washed lot and a plush, yoghurt-like texture from the lactic natural. As espresso, it shines with deep dark grape and black cherry yoghurt. It’s a light roast, yet still tastes fully developed — how strange. And don’t underestimate it in milk: it cuts through beautifully. We love it both ways. :)
