Dialling in pour overs is one of the most special and fun parts of drinking coffee and just like folding paper planes it can get quite technical. Without going too deep into the specifics, different filter papers result in different flow rates that can dramatically affect your cup. Plus, the different material of the paper can dramatically alter the clarity and body of the brew.  

The Cafec 1 Cup White filters are our everyday papers. We find that their double sided crepe design gives us a more consistent flow rate at a moderate speed for almost all coffees.
