Refund policy

Returns:

Unless we have made an error, we do not accept returns on perishable goods, such as coffee (whole beans or ground). If there is an error on our part we will replace your correct order as soon as possible.

Please reach out to us via email info@mantaraycoffee.com.au to determine the error and if this is applicable to you and include the following:
Name, order number, date of purchase, description of goods, your reason for return request.

We do accept returns of products (non-perishable)/merchandise if the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. We also accept returns of products (non-perishable)/merchandise due to a change of mind. As long as the item(s) are unused and still in their original condition, you may send the product back for a refund. Returns are not valid for sale items. Items that show signs of use are not eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs:
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded on ‘change of mind’ returns.
- We do not refund shipping costs on orders if there has been an error on behalf of the customer or any third-party shipper (including AusPost).

Process:
- We need you to notify us of the intended return via email info@mantaraycoffee.com.au within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and item(s) must be sent back to us with tracking information to {insert address}.
- Returns must be received by us within 21 days of your initial delivery to be valid.
- We will send you a confirmation email once we have received the returned item(s) and processed your refund.


Cancelling or Adjusting Orders:
We process and complete orders as soon as possible from the time they are received. However, if you would like to adjust or cancel your order, we accept cancellations and adjustments on orders that have not yet been dispatched. If cancellation or adjustment requests are received after dispatch, or after 24 hours from the placement of the initial order, their eligibility will be bound by our discretion.

If you have provided us with the incorrect address or would like to change your address after placing your order, we will do our best to help you. However, we are not obligated to re-send orders to altered addresses at our expense. In cases where orders cannot be returned or redirected, we are not obligated to resend or replace these items. Please, be mindful of your delivery details!
