Finca El Diviso is a family-run farm in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, founded by José Uribe Lasso and now carried forward by the next generation, Nestor and Adrian Lasso. What began as a traditional coffee farm has, over time, become one of the most closely watched names in modern Colombian specialty coffee. At El Diviso, deep-rooted farming knowledge is matched by an ambitious and progressive approach to quality, with every stage — from cultivation and cherry selection to processing and drying — handled with remarkable precision and care.
Set in the highlands of Huila, the farm benefits from elevation, climate and landscape that allow coffees to develop both intensity and elegance. El Diviso has become especially well known for producing distinctive lots that feel both expressive and refined, shaped not only by terroir but by the Lasso family’s relentless curiosity and dedication to pushing their work further year after year. Their coffees carry a sense of intention: vibrant, articulate and full of character, while never losing the agricultural identity of the farm itself.
Our El Diviso Sidra is a vivid expression of that vision. Floral, structured and highly aromatic, it opens with notes of clementine and overripe strawberries, showing both brightness and a deep, juicy sweetness. In the cup, there is clarity, lift and texture, but also a generosity that makes the coffee feel more than simply delicate — it feels alive. This is a coffee that reflects the distinctive terroir of Huila and El Diviso’s uncompromising pursuit of clarity, character and quality.
