Christmas Blend | Limited Edition

Seasonal Greetings! 

To wrap up this year we are releasing a limited edition espresso blend. Although Christmas is a summer affair here in Australia we still think that this coffee tastes of Christmas! We find cinnamon and sweet red fruit with a milk chocolate aftertaste. The blend is a very light roast and packed with two naturally processed coffees 

50% of Costa Rica, Tarrazu, Anaerobic Natural 

50% of Ethiopia, Yirgacheffe, Idido, Natural 

It’s all about sweetness whilst still remaining as clean as possible, given the processing method. Over two years ago, before we opened our doors in Nunawading, we actually served this same Costa Rican coffee and are so glad to have it back!
