This latest version brings together Colombia Carambolo Thermal Shock Washed and Colombia Las Moras Washed. The cup moves into a brighter, more aromatic direction, leaning into floral notes, lychee sweetness, and a crisp starfruit-like acidity. The Carambolo brings a vivid, expressive fruit character through its thermal shock process, while Las Moras adds clarity, balance, and a clean washed structure.

As espresso, it shines with delicate florals, juicy lychee, and a refreshing tropical brightness. It’s a light roast, yet still tastes fully developed — how strange. And don’t underestimate it in milk: it cuts through beautifully, bringing a sweet, fragrant lift. We love it both ways. :)
